Office Administrative Coordinator.
We are looking for a confident and capable Administrative Coordinator to join our team and take charge of essential business support functions.
Your Main Responsibilities :
Procurement Support: Research products, compare suppliers options, and negotiate pricing to ensure best value for the company.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records, logs and reports to support operations and management decision-making.
Time Tracking : Collect, monitor, and manage staff working hours, ensuring records are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
Compliance & ISO Support: Help prepare and support ISO audits and documentation(training provided if needed.)
Administrative Duties: General office support including scheduling, documentation, and coordination of daily tasks.
Team & Supplier Liaison: Communicate confidently and professionally with both internal teams and external suppliers.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in administration role.
· Strong IT and computer skills especially Excel, Word and email platforms
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
· A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
