Office Administrator - Full time - Office Based

MMPS LTD is a dynamic and growing construction company committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our on-site office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
- Process and manage invoices, payroll, and timesheets
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or directing as needed
- Maintain accurate records and complete general paperwork and filing
- Assist with health and safety documentation and ensure compliance
- Provide administrative support across all departments as required
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site staff
- Support with any ad hoc tasks or projects
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a site-based environment
- Proficient with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in construction or a similar industry is helpful but not essential
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
Additional Information:
- Pay: Dependent on experience
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (open to discussion)
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.00-€20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
