We require a Parts Advisor who has previously worked within the motor trade, or, has a strong customer service background and would like to work within the motor trade. The position requires taking incoming sales calls, identify products, processing orders and other various duties.
The role would require you to have the following:
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner via inbound calls and emails
- Develop good working relationships with current and prospective customers
- Ability to work on one’s own initiative or as part of a team in a busy environment
- Knowledge of IT systems (Excel, e-mail, online ordering) required
- Have an interest in cars and/or the motor industry
- Be punctual and presentable
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum experience: 1 years working in either a motor factors, parts department or similar roles dealing with customers
- Salary based on experience
