We are looking for an organised and experienced Parts Administrator to join our team in Kilmacow, Co. Waterford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, receive, and inspect parts and supplies for HGV, plant, or LGV equipment.
- Support workshop technicians by providing correct parts in a timely manner.
- Advise team members and customers on appropriate parts, tools, and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular (biannual) stock audits.
- Manage the return process for faulty or surplus parts.
- Keep the stores area tidy, organised, and compliant with safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with HGV, plant, or LGV parts essential.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Good computer skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Full driving licence.
