Regional Social Care Manager
We are currently expanding our senior management team and recruiting a Regional Manager for our Leinster residential care services in Co. Wexford
We welcome applications from experience managers with a proven track record in the delivery of care services to the highest standard.
In conjunction with the Director of Services and in collaboration with the Centre Managers and Social Care Leaders, you will be responsible for providing high quality social care and a safe, caring, and stabilising environment to vulnerable young people aged between 0-17 years. You will play a key role in modelling and leading the development and promotion of professional social care and safety practice within the Service that delivers positive outcomes for young people as well as ensuring professional development of your team, budget management and development of services in line with Daffodil Care's model of care and company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years' social care management experience in children's residential services
Minimum level 8 degree in Social Care OR level 7 in social care and a relevant management qualification
A current full driver's license
Experience in and demonstrated ability to empower others to achieve.
A successful record in the delivery of care services to a high standard.
Demonstrate budgeting and resource management skills.
Strong administrative and technology skills.
A sound knowledge and proven ability to interpret and apply legislation; e.g The National Standards for Children's Residential Services.
