Sales & Operations Coordinator – Full Time
We’re a small but successful supplier of height-access equipment (ladders, towers, and related products), trading for over 20 years. Based in Lucan Village, Co. Dublin, we’re now looking for someone to take charge of sales coordination, customer service, and logistics to keep things running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role that mixes admin, customer service, and physical work. You’ll be preparing quotes and invoices in Xero (accounts software), managing customer data in our system, organising courier deliveries, and helping unload trucks when stock arrives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to sales enquiries (by phone, email, or in person) and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Prepare quotes and invoices using Xero
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in our internal system
- Organise courier deliveries and ensure timely dispatch
- Unload delivery trucks (approx. twice weekly) and check incoming stock
- Help monitor stock levels and support inventory management

What You Bring:
- Sales or customer service experience — confident, friendly, and professional
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Xero experience is a plus, but full training will be provided
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Organised and detail-oriented — able to manage quotes, dispatches, and customer accounts
- Physically fit and willing to unload stock when needed
- Team player with a positive attitude who works well under pressure
- Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable
