Please note-this role is in the office Monday-Friday 9-5
Key Responsibilities
The Role:
- Provide Administration Support to the CEO, this, involves inbox diary management, booking meetings and travel (flights)
- Management of existing Client Database
- Initial contact point for new business enquiries
- Meet Clients on arrival for client meetings.
- Liaising with platform and investment partners
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3-5 years previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a Financial Services role.- The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Work well under pressure, with strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Strong technical skills with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems (salesforce)Calendly (AI)
- Excellent Communications and Customer Service Skills.
- Customer-focused and driven.
- Team player with attention to detail and an ability to work on their own initiative.
