I. JOB OVERVIEW
The Operations Director will ensure that all aspects of the Academy’s daily operations run seamlessly, supporting a learning environment that embodies international hospitality standards while showcasing Vietnam’s unique service culture.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct the administration, facilities, and campus operations to support high-quality learning experiences.
- Ensure that facilities meet training requirements aligned with standards.
- Develop and refine operational processes for efficiency and service excellence.
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with academic leaders to deliver outstanding program support.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operational performance.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Service Management, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in hospitality education or service industries.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
