1. Position:- Office Administrator (1 vacancy)
Job Description:-
- To operate all aspects of computerised Payroll and Accounts
- To record all wage transactions and accounts data i.e bank reconciliation/eft journal/materials and training expenditure
- To prepare quarterly returns to Revenue
- To prepare month-ending AWS/materials/training claims to DSP
- To assist in the calculation and recording of monthly attendance records
- To work directly with Project Supervisor in all aspects of the successful management of the Project
- To perform such other duties as assigned by the Project Supervisor
Duration of post:-
1 year subject to 3 years.
Hours per week:-19.5 hours
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility to participate on Community Employment is generally linked to those who are 21
years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more.
Eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. This is a developmental opportunity,
no experience necessary as accredited training will be provided to support the candidates
career.
