I. JOB OVERVIEW
The Program Consultant will act as a trusted ambassador of Sun Group Academy Project, guiding prospective students towards educational pathways that match their aspirations and career goals. This role demands both hospitality-driven service skills and in-depth program knowledge.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Introduce and promote the Academy’s programs to prospective students and their families.
- Offer personalized guidance on course selection, study plans, and career outcomes.
- Assist with application, enrollment, and onboarding processes.
- Represent the Academy at open days, education fairs, and industry events.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with students and alumni.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Education, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in student advisory, admissions, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
