CULLY are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the Finance function. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and be based in our Leixlip office. This position is a full time, permanent role and subject to a 6-month probationary period.

CULLY are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting the administration and finance functions. The successful candidate will report to the Financial Controller and be based in our Leixlip office. This position is a full time, permanent role and subject to a 6-month probationary period.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Procurement process including the below:
- Oversee the procurement lifecycle from sourcing to delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory.
- Prepare and raise purchase orders with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and received.
- Assist with budgeting and cost control activities relating to purchasing.
- Support audits and continuous improvements within procurement.
- Ensure revenue requirements are met for RCT.
- Manage the sales invoicing process.
- Review projects and liaise with Sales and Project teams to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks as required.

Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Procurement or supply chain within a small/medium sized company environment.
- Account Technician or similar qualification.
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills essential.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Ability to critically analyse and assess information.
- Excellent attention to detail, with an ability to use initiative and always maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Self-motivated and capable of recommending improvements in internal processes.
- Ability to work in a team environment and support team colleagues.
