We are searching for a dedicated Assistant Night Manager to join our team at Radisson RED Galway.

Minimum experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Guest Relations.
Minimum educational requirements: National academic qualifications
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To have complete understanding of all aspects of night audit, computer operations, posting to accounts, night audit close day procedure, daily business control, daily report analysis, backup and general IT.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff throughout the night.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, embodying Radisson RED’s commitment to personalised service.
- Conduct night audits, manage financial transactions, and prepare detailed reports.
- Maintain the hotel’s vibrant atmosphere and adhere to Radisson RED’s service standards.
Competencies & Skills Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a guest relations position, ideally within a hotel environment
2. Ability to adapt to changing service environments
3. Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
4. Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
5. Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
6. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
7. Strong communication and listening skills
8. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures
9. Strong knowledge of the night audit process
10. An open, positive and communicative personality
11. Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
