You will be a critical part of our Sales Team in Europe, partnering with customers to improve their maintenance management and increase the reliability of their production. You will identify and own sales opportunities through an understanding of customers’ needs and requirements. You will take ownership for collaborating with different parts of our internal organisation, contribute and execute our sales strategy to grow our European market share with customers in Europe. You will unlock a wealth of potential revenue to create growth and revenue in this region. As a sales professional, you will deliver successful outcomes for customers through innovation, strategic solutions, strong business relationships and thorough understanding of our customers.
As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:
Developing, implementing, and executing Strategic & Tactical Sales Plans that are aligned with the European Business Plan to deliver growth in the Energy and Industrial markets in Europe.
Building long-term strategic relationships with key customers at both corporate and site facilities to originate sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence to identify opportunities for sales growth.
Taking ownership for the full sales lifecycle by creating innovative solutions for customers utilising our product portfolio, this includes but is not limited to:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and guidance for Demand-To-Inquiry and pre-sales stages
Handling products and systems, requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
Creating proposals involving technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects.
Closing customer opportunities by contributing and negotiating on frameworks for pricing and conditions.
Performing standard account management practices to understand customer needs, requirements, and potential sales opportunities while managing account.
Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the customer side and internally
Ensuring compliance for the reporting of key sales performance indications through meeting our service delivery requirements
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or higher / Master’s degree in Business.
Have experience in commercial or sales role with good customer interface, relationship building, and a track record of delivering sales growth.
Show comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and Energy or Industrial market conditions.
Require knowledge in technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
Understand general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow management.
Be available to travel up to 50% of the time.
Have full professional proficiency in English.
You must have the right to work in the relevant countries where this role can be based (The Netherlands, UK or Ireland) and not require future sponsorship.
