About the Role:
As our Banqueting Bar Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences within our Banqueting bar, and other beverage operations. You will lead a diverse team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Banqueting bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
- Motivate, coach, and develop your team members, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
- Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new F&B initiatives and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry (hotel, restaurant, etc.)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
- Positive attitude and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
