Kindercare Childcare is currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Childcare
Office Administrator to join our team in a busy childcare setting.
This is a key role that supports the smooth running of our service and ensures compliance with all administrative and regulatory requirements..
Job Description:
- Prepare Parent’s invoices for distribution to parents in a timely manner.
- Debit invoices using the Eazyeft Software
- Monitor and account for receipt of fees from parents
- Support the effective functioning of the front office
- General office administration including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Managing communications via phone, email, and in person
- Supporting the Manager with funding applications and compliance reporting
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently
- Discretion and attention to detail are essential
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Pobal and the HIVE platform is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with childcare regulations and funding schemes
- Fetac Level 5 or above in Childcare
