About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Coffee Ambassador to join our Coffee Team at Coca-Cola HBC. In this role, you’ll be a key driver in growing our coffee portfolio, developing new customer relationships, and ensuring profitability. You will work closely with customers to deliver a premium experience, supporting excellence in product delivery, and consistently exceeding annual targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers, ensuring effective follow-up and implementation.
- Drive the On-Trade Activation strategy, including customer negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with colleagues to develop and implement capability-building plans for both customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Away From Home team to maximize customer engagement and identify new opportunities.
- Leverage all market opportunities in partnership with the Sales team to deliver outstanding results.
- Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams through shared routines and collaboration.
- Support a joint value creation approach to account management, with a focus on lead generation from core business.
- Manage effective sales and negotiation processes, including new products, distribution, and activations.
- Contribute to team success by sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting achievement of key business indicators.
- Deliver against targets for new product launches within your area, ensuring flawless execution.
- Showcase our coffee portfolio to potential new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) customers, demonstrating product expertise, professional machine techniques, and barista routines.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee the signing process.
- Supervise the installation of the equipment and proper functionality/operation of the machine.
- Make any necessary adjustments of equipment, programming/calibration/configuration, ensuring and accurately reflecting agreed solution between customer and CCH.
Your Key Ingredients
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Key Account Management skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Commercial acumen and financial awareness, with experience managing budgets effectively.
- Strong operational planning and end-to-end sales process management experience.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support decision-making.
- Experience in new customer development within relevant categories.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
