Bloomfield House Hotel is now recruiting for experienced Food and Beverage staff to join our team. Considered applicants must be avaliable for midweek and weekend work from September.

Key Duties & Objectives
- To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar/restuaruant at all times
- Have thorough knowledge of service standards required for food and beverage service.
- To co-operate with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible service.
- Take orders and assists guests with any questions regarding menus or beverage.
- Serve guests as per established standards.
- Stock up and replenish service points as necessary
- Be fully flexible from September
Experience Required
Must be available for flexible hours
Similar experience is a requirement.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken is also required
