We’re assembling a bold, spirited team to launch Moxy Dublin Docklands—and we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Crew Member who’s equal parts mixologist, host, and vibe curator. If you’ve got a passion for hospitality and a flair for fun, this is your moment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve drinks and snacks with style at the bar and grab-and-go.
- Prepare and present food items with attention to detail and speed.
- Keep the bar and lounge areas clean, stocked, and Instagram-worthy.
- Engage with guests, spark conversations, and keep the energy high.
- Stay on top of emerging food and drink trends.
- Support the setup and launch of F&B operations during the pre-opening phase.
- Promote the Moxy brand and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program with every interaction.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Conduct regular checks and maintain accurate records of cleaning, temperature logs, and allergen controls.
- Support the training of crew members on safe food handling and emergency procedures.
Customer Care Focus
- Deliver warm, engaging service that reflects the Moxy spirit.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalise the experience wherever possible.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and a can-do attitude.
- Ensure every guest interaction is memorable, from morning coffee to evening cocktails.
SOP Compliance & Review
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all F&B areas.
- Ensure all crew are trained on current SOPs and updates are rolled out effectively.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service flow, and guest satisfaction.
Brand Standards & Flexibility
- Uphold Marriott and Moxy brand standards in every aspect of F&B delivery.
- Be flexible and hands-on—supporting other departments when needed.
- Embrace the dynamic nature of a pre-opening environment with energy and enthusiasm.
Communication
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the kitchen, front office, and management teams.
- Participate in daily briefings and ensure alignment on goals, specials, and service standards.
- Document and escalate any incidents or feedback as appropriate.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous F&B or bar experience is a plus—but attitude is everything.
