Job Title: Finance Assistant - Agency Worker Role
Job Location: Dublin, Ireland
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales and other cross functional teams to make the monthly rolling financial forecast;
- Conduct data analysis of business drivers and gaps, and summarize the phased financial results;
- Participate in partner verification tasks, such as on-site inventory check and incentive distribution review;
- Review and make comments in clauses and terms of the contract from the finance prospective;
- Enforce internal policies and control;
- Other Ireland finance matters as assigned;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting/finance/economics
- Team player, self-driven, adaptability and strong ownership
- Hands on, meticulous and high efficiency
- Good command of English(Chinese Mandarin is a plus), effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) skills in PowerBI will be an advantage
- Have strong interest in Tech Area
- Eligible to work in Ireland full time with no restrictions.
