About the Role:
As F&B Duty Manager, you’ll take the lead in the day-to-day running of our bars, restaurant, banqueting, and events spaces. You’ll play a key leadership role, ensuring our guests receive warm, efficient, and professional service throughout their stay or dining experience. This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional with a strong F&B background who is ready to step into a senior operational role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, conference, and banqueting departments.
Motivate and guide our F&B team to deliver outstanding guest service and efficient daily operations.
Be present on the floor during peak service periods, ensuring service standards and guest expectations are met and exceeded.
Handle guest feedback, resolving any issues swiftly and professionally.
Support recruitment, training, and development of the F&B team.
Liaise with kitchen and event teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of service.
Monitor stock levels, manage waste, and support cost control initiatives.
Step in as the hotel’s senior manager on duty when required, ensuring a smooth handover across all departments.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within Food & Beverage in a hotel or busy hospitality venue.
A hands-on leader with excellent people and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of F&B service standards, health & safety, and operational procedures.
Flexible and willing to work a mix of shifts including evenings and weekends.
Experience managing events, functions, or weddings is a plus.
Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
