Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to take full ownership of all food and beverage operations across the hotel. This is a senior leadership position offering the opportunity to shape and elevate the full F&B experience—from casual dining and cocktails to weddings, events, and luxury spa packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of all food and beverage outlets including R&R Brasserie, the main hotel bar, function rooms, and event/wedding facilities.
- Take full accountability for all F&B operations: team management, service standards, guest satisfaction, budgeting, and profitability.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing front-of-house team.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and menu development.
- Maintain and drive excellent standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation across all outlets.
- Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, and cost efficiency.
- Create and implement seasonal menus, drinks lists, and promotional offers in line with the hotel’s brand and guest expectations.
- Be a strong, visible presence during key service periods, weddings, and events.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior F&B management role within a hotel or high-volume hospitality setting.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while maintaining high standards under pressure.
- Energetic, positive, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and guest experience.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, stock, and GP targets.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing weddings, banqueting, or events is highly desirable.
