We are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team at Charleville Park Hotel. The Role: To supervise designated F&B outlets ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, control, and maintaining high standard within the F&B team at all times.
Reporting to: You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and Duty Manager.
The Person: We are looking for a professional individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be a team player, be a motivated worker, and can work using their own initiative. Must have at least 2 years of food and beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure that the Department operates in a helpful, professional, guest focused manner; ensure customer needs are anticipated, satisfied to the highest standards and ways striving to exceed guest expectations thereby building customer and brand loyalty.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner in accordance with company procedures.
- Develop and maintain a team structure in the Food & Beverage department and implement appropriate initiatives to motivate staff and maximise staff morale.
- To develop, maintain and implement appropriate recorded training for F&B team. Review training needs & train staff to appropriate levels as per the SOP Department Manual up to and including Responsible Service of Alcohol. Develop staff to anticipate customers’ needs.
