We are now seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional service in our restaurants, bar, and events spaces.
About the Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth running of our daily F&B operations, supporting our team in delivering the highest service standards. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Management team to lead, motivate, and develop a reliable team, ensuring guests enjoy a first-class dining and hospitality experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across all service areas, including restaurant, bar and lounge.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and inspire your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve service excellence, ensuring clear communication of daily responsibilities.
- Assist with team scheduling, stock control, ordering, and other operational tasks to meet business targets and KPIs.
- Oversee cash handling, card transactions, banking procedures, and sales reporting in line with company policy.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health & safety, and food safety compliance at all times.
- Ensure adherence to all Crover House operational procedures, systems, and service standards.
- Work closely with the Management team to deliver smooth service and resolve any guest issues promptly and professionally.
About You
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Confident, professional, and guest-focused, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a busy environment.
- Highly organised, reliable, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
