A 32(+) hour per week vacancy now exists for a HR Administrator to join our Management Team at The Jelly Bean Factory, IDA Business & Technology Park, Snugborough road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day HR support across various areas including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management.
- General HR administrative duties, amongst others, maintaining employee data in the HR Information system (Workday), Time & Attendance system (ProTime), Pension & , Health Care administration, as well as Holiday accrual etc.
- Provide support for end-to-end recruitment & selection process, contractual requirements, and training records, support local recruitment.
- Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of new starters/leavers.
- General office administration including liaising with suppliers, management of employee workwear, PPE, internal cleaning team, employee events etc.
- Cooperation with the remote HRBP, rolling out annual HR Agenda by execution of local activities.

Pay: €3,316.00-€3,520.00 per month
