About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. In this entry level sales role, you won’t be closing sales — your job is to book qualified prospects onto online product demos, helping move leads into our sales pipeline.
You will be the first point of human contact for many leads and play a vital role in our sales strategy. This is an ideal entry-level role if you’re looking to develop your B2B sales skills and grow within a dynamic, supportive team.

Duties & Responsibilities
· Proactively call, email, and follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to book them into our scheduled online demos
· Use CRM and sales engagement tools to manage outreach, log activity, and track performance
· Warm-lead outreach only – no cold calling
· Educate prospects on the benefits of CPDStore and generate excitement around upcoming demo sessions
· Hit weekly/monthly demo targets with a focus on quality and show-up rates
· Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion
· Contribute feedback on lead quality and messaging to help optimise campaigns
The Person
This role would suit an individual with an excellent work ethic who is looking to develop a successful career in sales. The ideal candidate will have:
· A third level qualification, ideally in Sales or Business would be a distinct advantage
· A strong desire to pursue a career in sales, sales experience would be beneficial but not essential
· A positive, can-do attitude.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Excellent phone and presentation skills
· An eager to learn mindset, focused on excelling and developing
· Target driven
