Job Purpose
The Brennan Co Group are growing, and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality team for a 3–6-month contract. In this position, you will have the responsibility of monitoring the quality cases within the Salesforce software. This involves monitoring the queues, organizing cases onto the appropriate paths, and responding to them promptly and effectively.
There will be a review for potential extension or permanency following the initial contract period.
Additionally, you will play a vital role in promoting continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with national and international standards and regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining, updating, and archiving quality-related documentation (such as policies, procedures, Declarations of Conformance, and other certificates) in accordance with internal requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
Support the Quality Team during audits to ensure compliance with applicable legislation, regulations, standards, and company policies and procedures.
Provide day-to-day administration support to the Quality Team.
Support compliance efforts with national and international standards and regulations.
Collaborate with company departments and personnel to define quality procedures and SOPs.
Assist in vetting new company suppliers and in organizing and updating contracts and agreements.
Assist in completing supplier/vendor questionnaires and maintaining related records in alignment with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Undertake other ad hoc duties, projects, and assignments as needed.
Reporting on the performance of the QMS, Risks and opportunities for improvement to Senior Management
Supporting the maintenance of the Quality Management System’s integrity during the planning and implementation of changes.
