Our hotel, part of The iNUA Collection is now looking for a highly motivated Leisure Centre Attendant to join our team.
As a Leisure Centre Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable experience at our on-site facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with accessing the leisure centre.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Monitoring and replenishing pool supplies and towels.
- Providing basic equipment rentals.
- Answering guest queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Following all health and safety regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Leisure Centre Attendant/Spa Receptionish role in 4 hotel environment.
- Experience and proficient in Microsoft Suite (word/excel/PPT).
- Have a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Are a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Have a strong focus on health and safety procedures.
Desireable:
- Lifeguard Qualification from recognised Irish regulatory.
- Swim teaching/acua aerobics instructor qualification from recognised Irish regulatory.
