We are seeking a skilled and motivated machinery operator to join our progressive 1,000-cow dairy operation, located just 15 minutes from Warrnambool. This is a year-round, full-time role with a focus on silage season work and general machine operation, including excavator work during winter.
Requirements:
Prior experience with large-scale silage and harvest operations
Skilled in operating modern machinery, including harvesters, balers, and tractors
Excavator experience is highly desirable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to contribute to maintenance and workshop tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.50-€21.44 per hour
