Campions Garage is looking for a friendly, professional, well organized administrator to join our team. This is a part time role and is suitable for someone, who enjoys working in a customer front facing position, while supporting the day to day administrative role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and Greet Customers and deal with all Front of House duties in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails and customer inquiries
- Schedule Appointments and Maintain Service Bookings
- Assist with invoicing, data entry and general office administration
- Support the workshop team with documentation and communication
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Requirements
- Previous Experience In a Receptionist Or Administrative Role Preferred
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ensure all payments are recorded correctly
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility based on the needs of the business
- Excellent Computer Skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €27,250.00-€28,250.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
