Office Administrator
Working in our customer service department primality focused on processing orders, invoicing, dispatching, and dealing with customer queries.
The Responsibilities
- Order processing,
- Passing supplier invoices,
- Stock control,
- Collection and receipt of goods,
- Dispatch and invoicing of goods and expediting.
Qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication skills and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- A knowledge of Pegasus/Opera for order processing
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €32,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
