As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and organised Part-Time General Office Admin Assistant to join our friendly team and support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing a professional and welcoming reception.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems, including client records and calibration certificates.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate staff calendars.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory, liaising with suppliers as required.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client use.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and data entry tasks.
- Help coordinate logistics for calibration jobs, including booking travel and managing job sheets.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic familiarity with databases or scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of calibration or technical services is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours
- Part-time position (approx. 20–25 hours per week)
- Flexible schedule, with some set days/hours to be agreed upon
- Office-based in Sandyford, Dublin.
