Office Manager – Minimum 3 Year Managerial Experience Required

- Experience in managerial administration, operations, or a related role is essential
Main Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and procedures
- Manage schedules, correspondence, and administrative support for leadership
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office communications
- Handle supplies, vendors, and facilities management
- Support HR functions including onboarding, record keeping, and team engagement initiatives
- Be the go-to person for keeping our team efficient, motivated, and supported
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30 (1-hour lunch)
Salary: From €50,000 DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From €50,000.00 per year
