As the People & Culture Administrator, you will support the team with high-quality administrative assistance across various exciting projects, gaining exposure to key People & Culture strategies. Based on-site at The Ashford Estate, Cong, Co. Mayo, this role offers a great opportunity to connect with colleagues across the Red Carnation Hotel Collection.

You’ll gain experience across a range of areas within our People & Culture team, with a particular emphasis on supporting our Recruitment function. As a People & Culture Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and distributing engaging content to share business updates and promote new HR initiatives across the Estate.
- Preparing reports and presentations for the People & Culture team and Senior Management, including analysing and interpreting HR data and key people metrics.
- Drafting professional documents and correspondence for senior leaders, team members, and employees.
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as processing expenses, posting job vacancies internally and externally, raising purchase orders, coordinating interviews and meetings, screening applications, and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Using our People Management System (PMS) to communicate employee activities and guide staff to information on available benefits.
- Keeping HR and personnel records up to date, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining, updating, and auditing People Management systems and databases to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
The ideal People & Culture Administrator will:
- Have a third level qualification in HRM or CIPD qualification, desirable but not essential.
- Have administration experience with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
- Be organised, proactive, and able to prioritise changing deadlines.
- Be confident using all MS Office programs.
- Communicate comfortably with colleagues at all levels and build strong team relationships.
- Understand the importance of confidentiality and compliance in HR.
- Take initiative and ask questions when needed.
