An OPPORTUNITY has arisen to join our manufacturing team at our Production Facility in Foynes as a Production Supervisor.
Homefire are a market leading UK and Ireland manufacturer and distributor of solid fuel products selling to domestic, wholesale and retail customers. With over 200 years in the business and over 650 employees operating across 40+ sites, we are a major player in the home heating industry.
We are currently looking for a hands on, self motivated Production Supervisor to provide support to the Plant Operations Manager. On a typical day you would find yourself coordinating production activities, monitoring and driving outputs and production performance as well as supporting compliance and Health and Safety standards.
The successful candidates will have:

o The ability to build good rapport with colleagues.
o The ability to undertake this physical role with manual labor.
o A positive 'can do' attitude
o Your own transport to ensure ability to travel to and from work in line with shift start and finish times.
o Strong production and manufacturing knowledge
o NEBOSH Managing Safely Qualification, or equivalent
