As part of our growing team, the Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects, contributing to our mission of sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Role Summary:
The Project Coordinator will manage the end-to-end coordination of solar PV and boiler installation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues, ultimately ensuring a smooth and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion.
- Maintain up-to-date project schedules and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of installations.
Customer Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide updates, manage expectations, and resolve any issues or concerns.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with the Operations Team, installation teams, and subcontractors to allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary tools, materials, and information to complete their tasks.
Communication & Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on project status, delays, or challenges.
- Prepare and present project progress reports.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored appropriately.
- Confirm compliance with Swyft Energy’s policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Problem Solving & Escalations:
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Address escalations promptly and effectively to minimize disruption.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sector.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proactive and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Team player with a customer-focused approach.
Other Requirements:
- Full driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Knowledge of renewable energy or solar PV systems (advantageous).
