What You’ll Be Doing
As a Supply Chain Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and precise handling of materials. Working in a clean, controlled warehouse environment, you will help ensure the accurate preparation and shipment of small-batch clinical trial products for domestic and international delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with intake, shipping, and distribution of pharmaceutical products, adhering to corporate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage stock with strong attention to detail, ensuring full traceability
- Assemble and prepare small-batch shipments for export and domestic delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance in warehouse facilities, including equipment upkeep and pest control
- Record all activities in real time in line with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards and our internal Quality Management System (QMS)
What We Are Looking For
We’re seeking someone who understands the importance of precision over speed. This role is ideal for someone with:
- A careful and methodical approach and commitment to following procedures
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Previous experience in a supply chain role and/or regulated environment (pharmaceutical experience is a plus)
- A proactive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
- The ability to commute to our site in Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
What We Offer
· Starting salary of €28,500 (based on a 37.5-hour work week), rising to €29,250 after successful completion of a six-month probation period with a further increase to €30,000 upon full competence in the role
