We are currently seeking a Project Manager II, IDEA to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Project Manager II, IDEA at ICON, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) framework. Your expertise will be essential in driving initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and ensure equitable practices across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing the full project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects align with IDEA goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project needs and resources to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication to promote awareness and support for IDEA initiatives.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices related to inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility to inform project strategies.
- Implements Quality Control measures for adjudication process and adjudication outcomes as necessary
- Performs project finance reporting activities
- Provides feedback to senior management on project status, metrics, client satisfaction and staffing issues.*
- Develops and implements staff training/orientation plans.
- Participates in bid defense and new proposal review activities as necessary
- Participates in internal, client, and regulatory audits
- Participates in the development and implementation of departmental initiatives.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving project goals and objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- A commitment to promoting a culture of inclusion and accessibility in all project-related activities.
