We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated team at Gleeson’s Roscommon, a family-run and award-winning restaurant located in the heart of Roscommon Town.
As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, working closely with the Supervisor and the wider team to ensure a seamless guest experience and the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service at all times
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and coordinate staffing schedules
- Manage stock control and ordering processes
- Plan and implement efficient staff rosters with an emphasis on job rotation and team flexibility
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards and maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
- Collaborate with the operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth service
- Engage with key guests and clients to maintain strong relationships and service excellence

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role with a successful track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of the food and hospitality industry

Pay: From €15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
