Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure an excellent dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of food, service, and cleanliness. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for team leadership, cost control, staff training, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations, including front and back of house.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage staff training, and performance reviews.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Track sales of items to monitor trends among guests.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (Minimum 2years) as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Procure, POS & Booking systems.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- WSET Level 2 or 3.
Preferred Skills:
- Budgeting and cost control experience.
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
- Staff development and training experience.
