Overview
This 12-month secondment offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join the Reward team and gain hands-on experience in compensation and benefits. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, develop your analytical capabilities, and build strong stakeholder relationships—all while supporting the delivery of EY’s Reward strategy in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Contribute to the development and implementation of EY’s Reward strategy, supporting initiatives that ensure our compensation and benefits programmes remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
· Assist in the annual salary review process, including data preparation, proposal development, communications, and system testing.
· Support the delivery of compensation-related programmes, ensuring they are well-managed and meet the evolving needs of the business.
· Assist with benchmarking and survey submissions, helping to shape our reward positioning through market insights.
· Analyse reward data to identify trends and generate insights, contributing to the development of practical and innovative solutions.
· Support the management of EY’s benefits portfolio, ensuring offerings are benchmarked, clearly communicated, and aligned with employee needs.
· Contribute to strategic reward projects, providing support across a range of initiatives as required.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and the wider business.

· Advanced Excel skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
· Strong analytical mindset with a genuine interest in the Reward space.
· Proven ability to manage a busy workload and balance multiple priorities effectively.
· High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
