This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Office Administrator to join a dynamic, fast paced Sales environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
This role includes but is not limited to:
- Sales Office reception duties including answering calls and greeting customers
- Dealing with incoming and outbound post
- Taking sales orders via telephone / online ordering system
- Correspondence with Customers as necessary
- Liaise with Sales reps
- Ensuring details are correct prior to sending order to production
- Print off orders each evening
- Filing / shredding
- Monitoring office stock and replenishment
- Routine Order checking/Status
- Liaise with dispatch as required
- If there are problems with orders ensure customers are kept up to date
- Any other duties deemed necessary, or duties as and when required in keeping with the role
Skills
· Excellent communication / people skills are necessary when dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
· Ability to build excellent client relationships
· Excellent organisational and administrative strengths
· Ability to work independently and within a team
Qualifications & Experience
Ideally the successful candidate will have sales office experience.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be beneficial.

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
