Job Description
Experiences Part-Time Senior Waiter/Waitress with a passion for customer care required for a very busy Restaurant environment. You must be well presented, motivated, hardworking, a good team player, warm and genuine nature with a positive attitude. Have a good knowledge of food and beverage with a minimum of 1-year restaurant experience. Applicants should have good English, a good standard of personal hygiene and be capable of working efficiently on their own initiative and as part of a team. This position is evenings during the week & weekends.
In-house and external training provided for your personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent services to ensure satisfaction.
Ability to run a services section, making menu recommendation’s, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant customers
Serve and present foods and drinks in a quick, efficient and friendly manner.
Barista, Wine & Cocktails experience.
Haccp
Deliver excellent customer service.
Maintaining the premises in a clean and presentable manner
Be able to take booking reservation
Some knowledge of computers.
Requirements:
At least 1 year previous experience in a similar environment,
Excellent communication, outgoing, very well organised.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, be calm under pressure
Be able to work evenings during the week & weekends.
Flexible to work 4-5 shifts a week
Flexible and able to work as part of a team and individually
Permission to work in Ireland
Valid References will be required.
