Provide excellent customer service support to our Professional Customer base.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming telephone calls & emails from external and internal customers in a professional, competent, timely manner consistent in maximizing customer satisfaction, encouraging repeat business, revenue and profit growth for the business.
- Resolve complaints in a timely professional manager and escalate as appropriate.
- Liaising with external and internal customers in relation to service request progress and updating CRM accordingly.
- Ensure data in work orders is accurate prior to submitting to SAP.
- Submit all Service related work orders to SAP.
- Create and manage cost estimations within CRM in line with customer and contract conditions.
- Process spare parts orders for accepted cost estimations.
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders / cash payments and open cost estimations.
- Check SAP orders held in the system (e.g. open delivery notes / missing pricing etc.)
- Investigate and resolve Service invoice queries and raise supporting credit paperwork as required.
- Undertake other activities requested by management to meet department and/or business requirements.
- Scheduling of work for Field Service Engineers adhering to customers contractual time scales and escalation process if not achieved.
- Closely monitor all WIP jobs correcting any tasks and errors that prevent timely completion.
- Provide proactive communication to customers regarding updates & planned services.
- To engage and participate in team meetings embracing the team culture and offering proactive suggestions where necessary.
