Glint & Glow is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to create thumb-stopping content for our clients' social media. This role is about more than just posting content, it’s about crafting a compelling brand voice and driving measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Strategise & Execute – Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with brand goals and drive engagement.
- Content Direction – Oversee the creation of platform-specific, high-quality content that resonates with audiences and encourages interaction.
- Community Engagement – Monitor comments, messages, and conversations to foster relationships, spark discussions, and provide timely responses.
- Social Listening – Stay tuned into industry trends, cultural moments, and audience behaviours to adapt and evolve strategies effectively.
- Influencer & Partner Collaborations – Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
- Analytics & Optimisation – Track performance metrics, analyse results, and refine strategies to continuously improve organic reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Content Scheduling & Management – Plan, organise, and manage content calendars to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
- Paid Social Knowledge (Bonus) – While primarily focused on organic growth, experience with paid social campaigns is a plus.
Skills & Qualifications
- Social Media Expert – You live and breathe social media, understanding how to leverage platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X for brand growth.
- Strategic Thinker – You don’t just post content; you craft narratives, optimise for engagement, and drive meaningful results.
- Visual & Video Savvy – Comfortable working with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite to ensure visually engaging content.
- Creative Storyteller – Strong writing skills with the ability to develop compelling captions, brand messaging, and storytelling strategies.
- Content Management Pro – Experienced in handling multiple social accounts, planning content calendars, and ensuring a consistent brand presence.
- Data-Driven Mindset – Ability to analyse social media insights, identify trends, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Organised & Efficient – Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-Starter & Team Player – Works well independently but also thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Full Irish Driving License - This role involves regular travel to client sites across Leinster, so a full Irish driving licence and access to a car are essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
