Position: Technical Installer - Weekends - 2 hours p/day (Overtime may also be available)
Job Summary:
The Technical Installer is responsible for safely and efficiently installing or delivering products according to company specifications. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various installation tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
**Installation:**
- Install products or equipment at customer locations according to provided instructions.
- Ensure proper setup, functionality, and completion of installations.
**Customer Interaction:**
- Provide excellent customer service during product delivery and installation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
**Documentation:**
- Complete accurate delivery and installation documentation, including obtaining customer signatures when required.
**Product Knowledge:**
- Develop a solid understanding of the products being transported and installed.
- Provide basic product usage guidance to customers.
**Safety Compliance:**
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during transportation and installation activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in driving and installation preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment related to installation tasks.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items.
**Working Conditions:**
The role involves on-site installations. It may require occasional lifting, bending, and use of basic tools. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary based on delivery schedules and customer needs.
