Ocean Hygiene Supplies is a professional business providing high-quality Hygiene and Packaging products to a wide range of industry sectors.
We are now looking to recruit a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team.
Duties:
Working as a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by advising both potential and existing customers of our products and showcasing how we can serve their needs.
Answering Incoming Sales calls and placing sales orders on our CRM system with the view to upselling wherever possible.
Maintaining an updated customer database
Liaising with Warehouse Staff to ensure customer orders are picked correctly
Allocation of customer orders to correct drivers/routes
Customer phone queries
Weekly Customer Sales Calls/ Follow up calls as needed
Office Administration/ Ad Hoc duties
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Excellent Customer Communication skills
- Good Organisation and time management skills
- Excellent Multi-Tasking skills
- Sales systems experience, Sage/Xero/Intact etc (Preferred)
- Experience with Web Sales & Marketing an advantage
- Fluent English Written & Telephonic skills
- Salary Negotiable depending on experience
