Job Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Wait Staff at Monks Ballyvaughan. As a vital part of our front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our guests, ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary requirements are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, presenting dishes with attention to detail and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests for assistance or additional items, maintaining a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable but not essential; training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet the needs of the business.
