The award winning 4-star Bloomfield House Hotel, Leisure Club & Spa Mullingar has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a dynamic team.
The Role
This permanent position in a thriving and supportive workplace is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career and gain experience in Wedding, Conference & Event sales. Previous hotel experience would be an advantage.
Duties include:
- Carry out show-arounds with new and existing clients
- Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries
- Handle reservations and details of Wedding, Conference and Banqueting business
- Prepare Weekly Function Detail Sheet and communicate to all departments
- Identification and most particularly the follow-up of all sales leads and enquiries into the Hotel. Track and follow up sales enquiries
- Updating files and ensuring all correspondence are updated
- Liase with all guests on the phone, via email and face to face in a courteous and professional manner at all times
- Identify and meet bookers needs at all times
