Accounts Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We are a structural engineering consultancy based in Walkinstown, Dublin, seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our current accounts/admin office. This is a full-time, office-based role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and use of Sage software an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and issuing weekly invoices
- Preparing and issuing monthly statements
- Some credit control involved
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with other financial and administrative tasks.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Sage and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A motivated and proactive approach with the ability to prioritise tasks.
