Hickey Stoneworks are recruiting Office Personnel based in our premises in Ovens. Our office personnel deal with a variety of tasks depending on roles, including some of the following;
- Advising & assisting customers in our showroom;
- Answering telephone calls;
- Pricing;
- Creation of orders;
- Management of orders;
- Scheduling;
- Ordering;
- Invoicing;
- Creation of CAD Drawings (Draftsight);
- Accounts where required;
- General office paperwork and filing
- General Housekeeping
The preferred candidate must be capable of working autonomously and ensuring high standards in all aspects of their work.
Relevant experience in some of the following areas is preferred;
- previous work in a showroom setting;
- basic or advanced CAD;
- basic bookkeeping;
Candidates should have an interest in working within the stone business and construction in general.
Generous pay rates are available depending on level of experience, and we have a company pension plan and health plan in place. Hours are Monday-Friday 8.30 to 5pm, and some Saturday mornings from 9-11am will be required.
